Each chapter should have a “Chapter Leader”. The chapter leader will be responsible for creating a chapter by communicating with the pilgrimage organisers, must familiarise themselves of the pilgrimage general information and regulations, and make sure that pilgrims within their chapter are informed of the general information and follow the regulations of the pilgrimage.

A chapter must have a Chapter name – ideally a title of Our Lady, for example: Our Lady of Evesham.

Ideally a priest should be walking in each chapter to provide meditations, a prayerful pilgrimage and confessions. Daily Mass will be provided to all pilgrims.

Once a chapter has been created, adults and families can begin registration and select the chapter they will be part of.
