Our Lady of Christendom - Spain
Our Lady of Christendom – Spain is an annual pilgrimage to the shrine of Our Lady of Covadonga from Oviedo, Asturias, Spain. This pilgrimage takes place around the Feast of St. James the Apostle on 25th of July, the patron saint of Spain.
Similar to Our Lady of Christendom in France and UK, Our Lady of Christendom in Spain pilgrimage is also centred towards the celebration of the Triditine Mass as the liturgy in the Roman Missal of the Catholic Church.

Our Lady of Walsingham English Chapter
Join Our Lady of Walsingham English Chapter on its 2nd year of participating to Our Lady of Christendom in Spain on Saturday 26th – Monday 28th of July, 2025.
Please make sure to arrive at Oviedo on Friday 25th of July to be ready for the pilgrimage the next day. We are hoping to have an evening Traditional Latin Mass in Oviedo on Friday 25th of July to prepare ourselves and bring to God all our intentions for the pilgrimage.
Note that registration with the our English Chapter does not include flights and accommodation in Oviedo before and after the pilgrimage, please make sure you book flights and accommodations before and after the pilgrimage ahead of time.
If you wish to return to Oviedo after the pilgrimage on Monday 28th of July, please select the option of taking the coach back to Oviedo. We are also hoping to have a morning Traditional Latin Mass in Oviedo on Tuesday 29th of July in thanksgiving for a blessed pilgrimage.
